The owner of the hotel and chef the cuisine Marcel has completes his culinary training in different first class hotels in South Tyrol. Afterwards he gained extensive practical experience in Austria and in Germany, where he worked with Christian Jürgens, cook of the year 2013.
Marcel mixes traditiona
